We are lucky to have another great kick-off speaker. Angie is originally from Greenville, SC. Her powerful story ranges from the loneliness of prison walls, through the transformation brought by the program of A.A., and ends with her life today; full of love and freedom from the disease of alcoholism.

Lyn W., Laguna Hills, CA

Lyn's talk will make us feel a part of this thing that must always remain bigger that the sum of its parts. His journey through the Steps illustrates that this program, delivered one to another, restores minds, bodies and lives.


Saturday Morning, January 29th, 11:00 am (AL-ANON):

Kay L., Malibu, CA

Kay shares the Al-Anon version of "You Are Not Alone." AAs and Al-Anons alike thank our higher power that the emptiness of alcoholism has been replaced with an understanding fellowship that has returned us all to the world of the living.

At 2:00 pm in the Upstairs Al-Anon room, a presentation and discussion on the topic: "Understanding Anonymity,"

After a break, at 4:00 pm, a panel of Al-Anon members present a workshop T.B.A.

Needing no introduction, Clancy again brings his inspiring message of hope and recovery to the Mid-Winter Conference. The countless members of our fellowship touched by Clancy's story and service over the years will testify that he embodies our theme—for they are no longer alone.

Topping off our program of great speakers, Francine is an attorney and author. She has traveled the world sharing her story of hope in the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous. You are not alone.
